What Is Cybertruck Campaign All About
The BitOasis “CyberTruck Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by BitOasis Technologies FZE having its office address at Dubai Digital Park A4-305, DSO, Dubai (“BitOasis”) to reward new and existing users of Bitoasis platform in the UAE, who actively trade on the platform. This Campaign aims to drive brand awareness by offering eligible participants a chance to win a Tesla CyberTruck (“Reward”)
Trade
Complete a minimum of AED 1,000 trade on BitOasis Lite or Pro during the campaign period.
Answer to Qualify
Receive a questionnaire and answer correctly for a chance to win.
Grand Prize
The participant with the most correct answers will win a Tesla CyberTruck! (If there’s a tie, a randomizer will be used to select the winner.)
Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions govern your participation in the Campaign and provide important details about the Campaign including your eligibility requirements, how the Reward is granted, and other essential information. By entering the Campaign, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and acknowledge that any breach may result in your disqualification. Please read these terms & conditions and disclaimer carefully to fully understand the terms of the Campaign and your responsibilities as a participant.
Validity
The Campaign is proposed to launch on 5th March 2025 and end on 31st May 2025 ending at 11:59 p.m. UAE time (“Campaign Period”).
No. of Beneficiaries
BitOasis expects to allocate the Reward to one customer who will be chosen as per the selection process explained below.
Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all new and existing customers of BitOasis in the UAE who meet the following criteria (“Eligible Participants”):
- Successfully completed a cryptocurrency trade of at least AED 1,000 on BitOasis Lite or BitOasis Pro during the Campaign Period.
- Must not be an employee of BitOasis Technologies FZE or any entity of the BitOasis or CoinDCX Group.
Customers with BitOasis accounts that have been cancelled, closed, frozen, rejected, suspended and/or terminated by BitOasis shall not be eligible for this Campaign.
Reward
- Grand Prize: One eligible winner will receive a Tesla CyberTruck.
- Reward Value: The value of the Reward is equivalent to USD 120,000 (approx.).
The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangable and no cash equivalent alternative will be offered. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Reward as set out and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The winner will have to submit a copy of their valid Emirates ID, valid Passport and such other documents as may be required to collect the Reward.
Selection Process
- At the end of the Campaign Period, BitOasis will send to all Eligible Participants an email (at the email address registered with BitOasis) containing a questionnaire with 10 questions.
- The Eligible Participant who provides the most correct answers will be selected as the winner.
- In the event that multiple Eligible Participants answer all the questions correctly or equal number of questions correctly, a winner will be randomly selected from the pool of such Eligible Participants using a randomizer algorithm.
- The decision of Bitoasis regarding any aspect of the selection process or selection of the winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Timeline for providing the Reward
The winner will be notified via email and announced on BitOasis’ official communication channels within 30 days following the end of the Campaign Period.
Deadline for submission of responses to the questionnaire
The Eligible Participant’s answers to the questionnaire must be submitted before the last day of the Campaign Period. Late submissions will not be considered.
Changes to the Campaign
BitOasis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Terms & Conditions may be updated to comply with regulatory requirements or to improve the campaign experience. Any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on BitOasis’ website.
Data Protection and Publicity
By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant acknowledges that his/her personal data (including name, email address, country, and contact number) will be collected and used by BitOasis and BitOasis’ affiliates for the purposes of managing and administering the Campaign in accordance with BitOasis’ Privacy Policy, and you consent to this collection and use.
By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant agrees that the BitOasis have the right to photograph, video and/or audio record the winner or otherwise use the winner’s image, name, likeness, voice in the photographs and video recordings (“Image”) for, and in connection to the Campaign.
By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant grants BitOasis, the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to reproduce, use, exhibit, post, display, broadcast and/ or distribute, in whole or in part, the Image in BitOasis’ social media accounts and websites, and all media and formats now or hereafter known for the purposes of promoting or publicizing the Campaign or otherwise for the BitOasis’ legitimate business purposes. No fees or other compensation whatsoever will be provided to you for or in connection with the use of the Images. The Eligible Participant releases BitOasis from any and all claims which the By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant may now or in the future have relating to the ownership, reproductions, display of the Images.
General
The Reward may be forfeited, or Eligible Participants may be disqualified from participation in the Campaign if BitOasis has sufficient grounds to believe that such customer has violated these terms and conditions, any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake registrations or trades, will result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of eligibility for the Reward.
To the extent permitted by law BitOasis reserves the right to postpone, void, cancel, or suspend the Campaign for any reason whatsoever. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Bitoasis.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BitOasis, its affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (together the “Released Parties”) will not in any circumstances be responsible and liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring (i) during the Campaign; (ii) as a result of taking up the Reward; and (iii) due to the publication of any material with regards to the Campaign and/or Reward, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. The statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.
The Released Parties (to the extent applicable), shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this section. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English.
