BitOasis Cartier Watch Ramadan Gift Campaign – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the BitOasis “Cartier Watch Ramadan Gift Campaign” (the “Campaign”), which offers eligible users the opportunity to qualify for a prize draw to win a luxury Cartier watch (the “Reward”).

These Terms & Conditions set out eligibility requirements, reward details, selection process, and other important information applicable to the Campaign.

Duration:

The Campaign shall run from 18 February 2026 until 18 March 2026, ending at 11:59 p.m. UAE time on the final day (the “Eligibility Period”).

Eligible users must complete all qualifying requirements during the Eligibility Period to be considered for the prize draw.

Reward/Incentive:

A total of one (1) eligible participant will be selected at the end of the Campaign to receive the following reward (“Reward”):

• One (1) Cartier watch.

The Reward is provided solely by BitOasis as part of this promotional campaign.

This Campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Cartier.

Eligibility Criteria

The Campaign is open only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions (each an “Eligible Participant”):

• Must be a verified BitOasis retail user residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  
• Must hold a fully KYC-compliant BitOasis account throughout the Eligibility Period.
  
• Must complete cryptocurrency trading transactions with a minimum total trading volume of AED 2,000 on BitOasis Lite or BitOasis Pro during the Eligibility Period.
  
• Must complete the short Google Form sent via email after completing the qualifying trade.

Reward and Selection Process

• Eligible Participants who successfully meet all qualification requirements will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  
• One (1) winner will be selected from the pool of Eligible Participants after the Eligibility Period ends.
  
• The winner will be contacted directly by the BitOasis team regarding reward fulfillment.
  

All incentives/rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless at the discretion of BitOasis, which shall be exercised only in exceptional circumstances.

BitOasis reserves the right to verify user eligibility and trading activity before confirming any incentive or reward.

General Conditions

• Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee winning a reward.
• BitOasis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign in exceptional circumstances where required.
• Any failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification.

Additional Conditions

1. Eligible participants may be required to update or re-complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process if requested by BitOasis based on individual cases. Completing the KYC process, if applicable, is a mandatory pre-requisite under the Eligibility Criteria for this Campaign.
2. Any fraudulent activity, including fake registrations or transactions, Wash trading, self-matching, or any attempt to manipulate volume, as deemed so at the sole opinion of BitOasis, will result in the cancellation of participation and incentives eligibility and may result in account suspension.
3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all verified BitOasis users. Registrations that are determined, at BitOasis’s sole discretion, to be duplicate, fraudulent, or linked to another existing account (including through matching personal details, identification documents, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods) will not qualify for participation or the Incentives.
4. No Guarantee of Rewards/Incentives: Participation does not guarantee a reward/incentive. All incentives are subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria and applicable law.
5. Modification Rights: BitOasis reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants. Any material changes will be announced via official BitOasis channels. BitOasis also reserves the right to substitute the Incentives with another Incentive of equivalent value, if necessary. Incentives are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, subject to availability, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative except at the discretion of BitOasis, subject to requisite regulatory approvals.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitOasis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Campaign or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any incentive, even if caused by negligence. BitOasis accepts no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of, any technical malfunction, interruption, delay, omission, error, or failure (including but not limited to network, server, hardware, or software issues) that may affect participation, entry processing, or the delivery of any incentive.
7. BitOasis shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance, or for any inability to deliver an incentive, arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions or restrictions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”). Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIAC Courts.
9. Data Protection and Publicity. By participating in this Campaign, users consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and verifying eligibility. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Campaign, including disclosure of their names by BitOasis as winners to the public or to the other Eligible Participants. BitOasis will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
10. General: By participating, Eligible Participants accept these Terms in full. All decisions made by BitOasis regarding eligibility, volume calculation or incentive distribution are final and binding. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading virtual assets involves risk; please trade responsibly and review the BitOasis Risk Disclosure.
11. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges related to the receipt, transfer, or use of the incentive.
