The Ethereum blockchain will be undergoing an upgrade named “Berlin” scheduled at block number 12244000 and estimated to occur on April 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM GST. The time might vary depending on the activity on the blockchain. Please check the countdown here for a better estimation.
The upgrade will affect Ether (ETH) and all ERC20 Tokens supported on BitOasis (USDT, BAT, ALGO, ZRX, OMG, LINK, MKR, KNC, YFI, BAL and COMP.
To support the upgrade and maintain the security and safety of users’ assets, we will be following the steps below:
Deposits & Withdrawals
we will be suspending ETH and all ERC20 tokens’ deposits and withdrawals 1.5 hours prior to the upgrade on April 15, 2021, at 11:30 AM GST.. After evaluating the network, we will be re-enabling deposits and withdrawals once stability is assured.
The approximate time expected to restore deposits and withdrawals is 2.5 hours after the upgrade.
Trading on BitOasis Core & Pro
Trading on BitOasis Core and Pro will not be affected during the upgrade for ETH and the ERC20 tokens. You will still be able to initiate buy and sell orders with no interruptions.
