Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in BitOasis’ “April 2026 VIP Lite Cashback” Campaign and set out the eligibility requirements, milestones, and other important information.
1. Campaign
The campaign will run from 12am on 23rd April 2026 to 11.59pm on 30th April 2026 UAE time (the “Eligibility Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open exclusively to BitOasis clients who meet all of the following criteria (each an “Eligible Participant”):
- Individuals who are residents in the UAE;
- Hold a verified BitOasis account classified in a VIP tier at the start of the campaign
- Remain fully KYC-compliant throughout the Eligibility Period;
- Execute trades on BitOasis Lite using any supported trading pair during the Eligibility Period.
3. Details of Cashback – BitOasis Lite ONLY
Any Fiat to Crypto Trade AND Any Crypto to Crypto Trade

| Level 6 | $50,000+ | $300 |
The cashback applies to trading fees incurred on BitOasis only during the Eligibility Period. Derivatives or other products and service fees are excluded.
4. Reward Crediting
Cashback amounts earned will be calculated after the Eligibility Period and credited to the Eligible Participant’s BitOasis account within 30 working days of the end of the campaign. Cashbacks will be paid in the same currency in which fees were charged (USD-equivalent where applicable).
5. Conditions & Verification
● Wash trading, self-matching, or any attempt to manipulate volume in the sole opinion of BitOasis will void eligibility and may result in account suspension.
● BitOasis reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify legitimate trading activity. Failure to provide such documentation may lead to disqualification.
6. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
BitOasis may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or amend these Terms at any time, including to comply with regulatory requirements or to maintain the integrity of the Promotion. Any material changes will be announced via official BitOasis channels.
7. General
● By participating, Eligible Participants accept these Terms in full.
● All decisions made by BitOasis regarding qualification or cashback calculation are final and binding.
● Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading virtual assets involves risk; please trade responsibly and review the BitOasis Risk Disclosure.
