Race to 5M: Fly to Dubai Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the BitOasis Bahrain W.L.L. (“BitOasis”) “Race to 5M: Fly to Dubai” Campaign (“Campaign”), outlining eligibility, rewards, selection, and other important information.

1. Duration

The Campaign shall run until 31 December 2025, ending at 11:59 p.m. Bahrain time on the final day (“Eligibility Period”).

The winner will be selected and notified within 30 working days following the end of the Eligibility Period.

2. Reward

Eligible participants who meet the Campaign criteria will be considered for the following reward (“Reward”):

One (1) Grand Prize package, awarded to the One (1) winner, consisting of:

• Round-trip Business Class flights to Dubai for two (2) people, the winner and one accompanying guest (spouse, family member, or friend); and
• A 2-night premium stay at Atlantis, The Royal – Dubai
  

Reward Distribution

The Reward will be coordinated and delivered within 30 working days after the Campaign concludes. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items unless at the sole discretion of BitOasis.

3. Eligibility Criteria

The Campaign is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria (“Eligible Participants”):

• Must be new or existing verified BitOasis Bahrain users.
  
• Must hold a fully KYC-compliant BitOasis Bahrain account during the entire Eligibility Period.
  
• Must complete OTC (Over-The-Counter) cryptocurrency trading activity totaling USD 5,000,000 or more within any rolling 30-day period during the Eligibility Period.

4. Reward and Selection Process

At the end of the Eligibility Period:

• One (1) winner will be selected from the pool of Eligible Participants who successfully reached a minimum cumulative OTC trading volume of USD 5,000,000 within any 30-day period during the Eligibility Period.
• Trading volume will be calculated based on executed and settled OTC trades recorded on BitOasis systems. BitOasis reserves the sole right to determine the methodology of volume calculation.

Verification & Compliance

• BitOasis reserves the right to verify trading activity, account status, and user eligibility prior to confirming the winner.
  
• Any attempt to artificially inflate volume, engage in manipulation, or misuse BitOasis’s services will result in immediate disqualification.

Additional Conditions

1. Eligible Participants may be required to update or re-complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process if requested by BitOasis based on individual cases. Completing the KYC process, if applicable, is a mandatory pre-requisite under the Eligibility Criteria for this Campaign.
2. Any fraudulent activity, including fake registrations or transactions, Wash trading, self-matching, or any attempt to manipulate volume deemed so at the sole opinion of BitOasis, will result in the cancellation of participation and reward eligibility and may result in account suspension.
3. Accounts that are determined, at BitOasis’s sole discretion, to be duplicate or fraudulent (including through matching personal details, identification documents, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods) will not qualify for participation and the Reward.
4. No Guarantee of Reward: Participation does not guarantee a reward. All rewards are subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria and selection via random draw and are subject to applicable law.
5. Modification Rights: BitOasis reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants. Any material changes will be announced via official BitOasis channels. BitOasis also reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equivalent value, if necessary. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, are subject to availability and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative except at the discretion of BitOasis subject to requisite regulatory approvals.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitOasis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Campaign or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward, even if caused by negligence. BitOasis accepts no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of, any technical malfunction, interruption, delay, omission, error, or failure (including but not limited to network, server, hardware, or software issues) that may affect participation, entry processing, or the delivery of any reward. BitOasis shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance, or for any inability to deliver a reward, arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions or restrictions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration administered in Bahrain under the rules of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR). The arbitral decision will be final and binding on all parties.
8. Data Protection and Publicity. By participating in this Campaign, users consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and verifying eligibility. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Campaign including disclosure of their names by BitOasis as winners to the public or to the other Eligible Participants. BitOasis will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
9. General: By participating, Eligible Participants accept these Terms in full. All decisions made by BitOasis regarding eligibility, fees, volume calculation or Reward distribution are final and binding. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading virtual assets involves risk; please trade responsibly and review the Risk Disclosure Statement.
10. BitOasis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the designated hotel accommodation with an alternative property of equal or greater star rating, or with a comparable travel package of equal or greater value, if the originally intended hotel becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to lack of availability, booking restrictions, or circumstances beyond BitOasis’s reasonable control.

All bookings are subject to hotel availability and applicable blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, or booking windows as determined by BitOasis and/or the hotel. The winner must comply with all booking instructions and complete the stay within the period specified by BitOasis. Failure to make a reservation or utilize the Reward within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Reward, with no further obligation on BitOasis to provide a substitute or compensation.

11. The Reward is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or converted to cash or credit. Any attempt to transfer or sell the Reward without BitOasis’s prior written consent will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Reward. The chosen hotel has not authorized, approved, or participated in this Campaign and bears no responsibility for the fulfillment of the reward. All names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
12. BitOasis makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Reward, including its quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or availability. BitOasis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the possession or use of the Reward.
13. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges related to the receipt, transfer, or use of the Reward.
