VIP Brand Campaign – Weekend Getaway

Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the BitOasis “VIP Weekend Getaway” campaign (“Campaign”), providing details about eligibility, rewards, and other important information.

Duration: 

The campaign shall run from 1 November 2025 until 30 November 2025, ending at 11:59 p.m. UAE time on the final day (“Eligibility Period”).

Reward:

At the end of the Eligibility Period, one (1) eligible participant will be selected to receive the following  package (“Reward”):

• One (1) Round-trip business-class flight tickets to Georgia for One (1) person i.e. the winner.
  
• A 3-day/2-night premium stay at a luxury property for One (1) person i.e. the winner.
  

The Reward will be coordinated and delivered within 30 working days following the end of the campaign.

The Reward consists of a prepaid voucher for a two (2) night stay for One (1) adult at a hotel property in Georgia rated at a minimum of five (5) stars, as determined by BitOasis in its sole discretion, subject to availability at the time of booking. 

The Reward includes round trip business class flight tickets and accommodation for One person i.e. the winner only, unless otherwise expressly stated. All other costs and expenses, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, visas, travel insurance, and incidental charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including visa and health regulations.

BitOasis reserves the right to substitute the hotel stay with another property or package of equal or greater value if the specified accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

BitOasis shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may affect the booking, travel, or enjoyment of the Reward. The winner is responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including visa and health regulations.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any hotel or travel provider. The hotel and/or travel provider is not responsible for the administration of this Campaign or the fulfillment of the Reward.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Campaign is open to only individuals who fulfill the below eligibility criteria (“Eligibllity Criteria”). Any user who fulfills these criteria shall be referred to as the “Eligible Participant.”

1. Existing or new verified VIP BitOasis users.
2. Individuals who are residents in the UAE;
3. Complete cumulative cryptocurrency trading transactions of USD 150,000 or more using BitOasis Lite or Pro during the Eligibility Period.
4. Fill out the Google form that they will receive after completing the trade. 

Reward and Selection Process

2. At the end of the Eligibility Period, one (1) winner will be selected via random draw from the pool of Eligible Participants.
   
3. The winner will receive the Reward described above.
   
4. BitOasis will notify the winner via email and coordinate prize delivery.

Additional Conditions

5. Eligible Participants may be required to update or re-complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process if requested by BitOasis based on individual cases. Completing the KYC process, if applicable, is a mandatory pre-requisite under the Eligibility Criteria for this campaign.
6. Any fraudulent activity, including fake registrations or transactions, Wash trading, self-matching, or any attempt to manipulate volume deemed so at the sole opinion of BitOasis, will result in the cancellation of participation and Reward eligibility and may result in account suspension.
7. Participation in this Campaign is open only to VIP users of BitOasis.
8. No Guarantee of Reward: Participation does not guarantee a reward. All rewards are subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria and selection via the random draw and are subject to applicable law.
9. Modification Rights: BitOasis reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants. Any material changes will be announced via official BitOasis channels. BitOasis also reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equivalent value, if necessary. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, are subject to availability and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative except at the discretion of BitOasis subject to requisite regulatory approvals.
10. Right to Substitute, Booking Conditions, and Non-Transferability:
    BitOasis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the designated hotel accommodation with an alternative property of equal or greater star rating, or with a comparable travel package of equal or greater value, if the originally intended hotel becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to lack of availability, booking restrictions, or circumstances beyond BitOasis’s reasonable control.

All bookings are subject to hotel availability and applicable blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, or booking windows as determined by BitOasis and/or the hotel. The winner must comply with all booking instructions and complete the stay within the period specified by BitOasis. Failure to make a reservation or utilize the Reward within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Reward, with no further obligation on BitOasis to provide a substitute or compensation.

The Reward is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or converted to cash or credit. Any attempt to transfer or sell the Reward without BitOasis’s prior written consent will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Reward.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitOasis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Campaign or the acceptance, booking, travel to, or use of any hotel or travel-related Reward, possession, use, or misuse of any reward, even if caused by negligence. BitOasis accepts no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of, any technical malfunction, interruption, delay, omission, error, or failure (including but not limited to network, server, hardware, or software issues) that may affect participation, entry processing, or the delivery of any reward.

BitOasis shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance, or for any inability to deliver a reward, arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions or restrictions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

BitOasis is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, overbooking, denial of service, accidents, health issues, government restrictions, visa requirements, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may affect the winner’s ability to redeem or enjoy the Reward

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”). Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIAC Courts.

Data Protection and Publicity. By participating in this Campaign, users consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and verifying eligibility. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Campaign including disclosure of their names by BitOasis as winners to the public or to the other Eligible Participants. BitOasis will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

General: By participating, Eligible Participants accept these Terms in full. All decisions made by BitOasis regarding eligibility, volume calculation or Reward distribution are final and binding. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice. Trading virtual assets involves risk; please trade responsibly and review the BitOasis Risk Disclosure.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges related to the receipt, transfer, or use of the Reward.
